Refunds/ Damaged or Faulty Goods
Athena Gifts aims to ensure all products sold are of the highest quality however if your products are unsuitable or should arrive damaged/ faulty please see below our Refund and Damaged/ Faulty Goods Policies:
Refund Policy
We offer a simple refunds policy:
• We are happy to refund or exchange the products*. Please note original postage costs will be refunded but returns cost (sending the returned item with Royal Mail recorded) is not chargeable to Athena Gifts.
• Your refund will be credited to the original payment card used or pal pal account.
• If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund

• Personalised products
• Rings – ordered to a specific size in the interests of hygiene the following products are non-returnable:
• Pierced earrings
• Cosmetics and toiletries unless the original packaging remains undamaged and seals unopened.
Damaged or Faulty Goods Policy:
Upon receipt of your order please check to ensure none of the products delivered are faulty or damaged. Please note you have 7 working days from receipt of delivery to notify us of faults or damaged products, please email:

or call our Customer Service Number: +44 1224 478168. We will inform you how to return the goods and upon receipt of the faulty/ damaged products we are happy to supply a replacement or reimburse for the products and postage costs incurred.
The above policies do not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, for further information please contact your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
